Everything is Energy: Including our body, thoughts, emotions, and spirit.

All energy is from one source

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” – Albert Einstein.

Our physical bodies are home to our consciousness. Our bodies are AWESOME and we are fortunate that the necessary functions required to sustain life are automatic and require no conscious thought from us. Imagine if we had to think every time we wanted:

  • our heart to beat,
  • to control where the blood flow is most required,
  • our lungs to breathe,
  • to use our muscles to smile or frown.

There is so much going on that we are consciously unaware of, and this is to our advantage so that we can commit our brain energy to pursue other things in life.

However, if we choose to, we can develop the ability, with practice, to consciously affect some of our body’s autonomic systems. These are the systems that are responsible for the control of bodily functions not consciously directed, such as breathing, heartbeat, digestion, etc.

We are capable of influencing these processes to our advantage to help us make changes in our body, mind, and emotional states at will.

Mind over matter can give us ‘superhuman’ abilities.

Some people, who become adept at self-control, are able to do seemingly miraculous feats that are outside the range of what is considered to be ‘normal human behaviors.’ They have shown us that extraordinary feats are possible for all of us if we want to discipline and focus our minds.

  • Some Tibetan monks can sit in the snow meditating and, through control of their body temperature, melt the snow. In 2007, Wim Hof or ‘The Iceman’ survived outside in the North Pole wearing only shorts for 72 minutes using the same Tummo Tantric practice. Researchers have confirmed that Wim is indeed capable of consciously controlling his autonomic nervous system and immune responses.
  • Yogis in many countries routinely lie on beds of nails or impale themselves with sharp objects.
  • Many people are reported to be able to heal with their ‘chi’ energy or vital life force. One such famous practitioner is Master Zhou Ting-Jue of China. Thermal cameras have detected heat of 202 degrees Fahrenheit being generated through his hands- which allows him to boil his own water by simply holding it!
  • Isao Machii, (a Japanese Iaido master), is able to slice through a tiny pellet shot from a BB gun traveling at 200 miles an hour with a samurai sword.
  • Miroslaw Magola, from Poland, has learned to use the power of his mind to create a magnetic field that can attract metallic objects to his body.
  • Stephen Wiltshire, born in London, UK, has the ability to momentarily view a city landscape and then later recreate the entire scene in a drawing.
  • Stig Severinsen, a Danish freediver, holds the Guinness world record for holding his breath for 22 minutes.
  • Harold Williams born in Auckland, New Zealand in 1876, was a master of 58 languages.
  • Bruce Lee, the famous martial artist born in Hong Kong, was able to do one-finger push-ups and catch flying rice with chopsticks.

It's all in the mind, and we are capable of so much more than we are currently achieving! While achieving similar feats may not be desirable, these examples just prove how amazing we humans can be if we apply ourselves to that which we wish to achieve.

It’s all in the mind: We are all capable of the ‘extraordinary.’

All of us can benefit by coming to understand how our brain works. We can then use it effectively to bring about desired changes in the way we feel, think, and act. And since we are all unique individuals, we will benefit from using different tools to achieve the desired changes depending on what suits us best.

We can say that we have a body, we have a mind, we have a soul, and we are emotional beings. Where does the line between these different aspects of self begin and end?

It doesn’t, as they are all connected, and when one is affected, all are affected.

This inter-connectedness between body, mind, emotions, and spirit gives us more opportunities to make the desired changes we want in ourselves through a variety of different methods.

Our body is just an overcoat that our soul is currently ‘wearing’ and is the physical manifestation of the sum total, or ‘health,’ of our beliefs. This becomes very evident when watching people and seeing the correlations between the things that they say, and the ways that they express their emotional state. Both are a reflection of their habitual thoughts which then manifest into their physical bodies, the health of which is related directly to their predominant beliefs and thoughts.

Our thoughts are energy and affect our emotions and our bodies. An angry person, for example, will have a very different posture from a loving person. Anger is commonly exhibited physically by muscular tension, dilation of the pupils, and increased blood pressure leading to reddening of the face as well as a variety of other indicators. Whereas a person feeling love will be relaxed, light on their feet, constantly smiling have a twinkle in their eye.

Which one would you like to stand next to? Which one would you like to become?

How does knowing all energy is connected help me in my daily life?

If we can understand that our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual energies are all intimately connected and that when one has changed the others will change synergistically, then we give ourselves more ‘tools’ to help ourselves through any problems or difficulties that we may be facing.

Body:

Our physical posture at any time can be changed by thinking about different thoughts or changing into a different emotional state. Just a member of the opposite sex walking by can change a slouching lethargic teenager into an upright standing person. The change in thoughts from ‘I’m bored with nothing to do,’ to ‘wow I’ll try to present my best look’ causes an immediate change in their physical posture. This in turn cycles back to positively affecting their emotions and thoughts.

We can use this knowledge to our advantage. If we are feeling depressed or down at any time and cannot shake off the negative thoughts running around in our head, we can initiate a change to a more positive state of mind by changing our bodies. The negative thoughts will be associated with a weakened posture, so we can just change our posture to facilitate a change in our mind. It may only require that you stand upright in a strong posture, or that you do some exercise, or get out into nature to shake off the negativity.

Try different things, and remember what works best for you.

Wealth has a vibration that we can tune into.Mind:

A change in thoughts can be brought about by something simple like changing our physical environment. Moving out of the office and going for a walk in the park, surrounding ourselves with nature for a while changes the environment, which affects our thoughts, emotions, and posture. By purposely stepping forward with strength and power we can trigger a corresponding change in emotions to one of well-being, strength, and confidence.

Most people are surprised to learn through observation, that if left to wander, their thoughts generally revert to a well-known path of habitual worrying. This is the way to sickness, disease, and suffering. By becoming aware of when our mind is likely to take this path, we can avoid the situations that allow for this and do things differently to put our minds in a state that is more beneficial to our overall wellbeing.

We should seek out and do that which we love and appreciate in life, as it contributes to our long-term mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

It is also known that what we are thinking will affect what we eat and then what we eat will also have a feedback effect on what we think and how we feel. Foods full of vital life force are nutrient-rich and support the body in sustaining thoughts correlating to high self-esteem and overall wellbeing. Junk foods, devoid of the body’s requirements for fiber, minerals, vitamins, and proteins will lead to thoughts that are unhappy and stressful.

Emotions:

We have opportunities here to affect our current emotional state by just changing some aspects of our physical posture. If we notice tension in our body, we can stop and begin to breathe deeply in a slow relaxed manner to intentionally ‘will’ the tension in our muscles to dissipate. We could also stop pacing around, sit down, and close our eyes to help us relax.

The emotional state of anger can also be changed by thinking thoughts that are more peaceful and calming. The body will calm down if we continue with the changed posture and thoughts. A change in our environment, away from that which has brought forth anger, will also be beneficial. We can easily choose to go somewhere to relax and de-stress if we really want to.

Learning how we can use a combination of techniques utilizing the different mediums of body, mind, and emotions, will greatly increase our ability to be in control of our personal wellbeing at any given time. It only takes awareness of how we are being triggered into undesirable states, or into states that are beneficial, to come to realize that we can actually control our own level of happiness at any given time.

The end result of this process of self-analysis should be to embrace our-self and others in a constant state of awareness with love as a way of being in the world!

Beyond:

Most modern peoples have lost the connection to the land and the awareness that ‘The Great Spirit of Creation’ resides in all things, including inanimate objects. Many ancient and indigenous people knew this truth and made respect for all creation part of their daily way of life. Although unnoticed to many, the underlying energy, vibrating in all things, is always there and we can, with practice learn to connect with these energies again. In this way, we honor the ground that we walk upon and the nature that provides us with all that we need for our life experience on Earth.

Everything we perceive affects our energies!

With the realization that absolutely everything is energy vibrating, at different frequencies, we can begin to understand how our posture, emotions, and thoughts are affected by the different people we associate with, places we like to visit, forms, and amount of entertainment we consume, and everything else we do and think! Everything we perceive with our senses affects us on an energetic level, either physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, or most often a combination of all four aspects are affected to varying degrees.

Therefore, it benefits us to become discerning with our energy and to realize that we alone are responsible for the choices we make every moment to either be uplifted or released of vitality. We can use this awareness to begin making ‘better’ choices for our own future and the future of those who depend upon us.

Places like hospitals or cemeteries tend to have lower vibrations because people congregating there are generally sad, and sick. The resulting outpouring of grief energy tends to linger and become part of the immediate environment that affects all those that enter.

Places, where people congregate to worship or do good deeds, can have a higher vibration, as do places in nature like ancient forests, jungles, and waterfalls. Beaches and the sea are places where many people prefer to go to ‘clear their head’ and get a fresh perspective on current problems.

We can change the way we are feeling by immersing ourselves in environments that resonate with the energies we wish to be feeling. All people tend to be aware of these things, however, not always on a conscious level. Some of us may not be mindful of why we are making decisions that take us to a certain place or situation to induce a certain state of being at a particular time. However, by becoming more mindful of how we are feeling all the time, we can look after ourselves by choosing to immerse ourselves in situations that increase our vibrational frequency.

Is there more to it than just body, mind, emotions, and spirit?

So now we can see that because all that is manifested is energy vibrating at different frequencies, we are able to change our vibration to change our personal world. This is great as it helps us deal with the ‘stuff’ that is happening in our lives on a moment-by-moment basis.

However, the story does not end there! There are even more tools available to help us understand ourselves and our place in the world.

All information, (which is also energy) is available to us if we can tune into the correct frequencies. This information is sometimes described as the ‘Akashic records’ or ‘Book of life’ (in the Bible) or Cosmic Mind.

This is a complete energetic record of thoughts, events, and emotions encoded in the astral plane (non-physical reality) listing everything that has happened, is happening, and will happen in our soul’s history. This record has been known to many different cultures throughout all of human history.

Just ask, point and receive to manifest your desiresIt is like ‘The cloud’ where our personal information is uploaded when using computers, and we can learn to tap into it for the information/upgrades that we want. We are able to tap into it because this is where our consciousness actually resides.

Knowing this, we can work towards releasing the previous programming that we have accepted to be ‘real’ and replace it with any other version or ‘upgrade’ that we consider more relevant to us at this present moment. And we can even ‘surf the internet’ of records pertaining to our life to remember what our soul has chosen to learn in this current lifetime.

By doing this, we can release the need we have to be caught up in the dramas of daily life. We can also come to understand the habitual patterns that we revert to due to our beliefs, that are preventing us from living the life we desire. This then frees up our energies so that we can head in a direction that will create a better life for ourselves and our loved ones.

What will you do now?

Will you use the knowledge that you now have about the interconnectedness of all your energies to help improve your life?

The choice, as always, belongs to you!

I wish you well on your journey through life.

With much love and respect,

Andrew

  1. Hey Terry. Thanks for your supportive comments. It’s always our choice how we will use the ever-present unlimited supply of energy that we are constantly immersed in. The first requirement is that we need to understand that it is there and that it is for our benefit to utilize it for optimum health and wellbeing. I wish you a pleasant journey filled with an abundance of energy to do all the things you wish to do.
    Kind regards,
    Andrew

  2. Only recently have I discovered that my muscle and joint pain have been not so much from my advanced years, I have not been kind to my body, but the Rosuvastatin that I was prescribed 7 years ago. Youtube offers a vast platform for Yoga stretches and conditioning. This is what I have used to overcome my physical deficiencies, and as you have reported, it is all connected, body mind and soul. Be blessed, Rod

    1. Hi Rod. Thanks for reading my post. I am happy that you have realized all aspects of your-self are connected, body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Knowing this really makes a difference to how we view our health. Yoga stretches are good for everyone 🙂 I wish you abundant health and joy for the rest of your life. Kind regards,
      Andrew

  3. Great Post!! I agree with everything you said. Knowing ourselves and what we need to be happier and more relaxed can be very difficult, especially in todays world. A few years ago I started to eat healthier, my main reason for that was to lose weight but after a while of eating healthy I’ve noticed that I also feel better and more positive. Difficult people and situations didn’t bothered me as much as they used to, it was easier for me to wake up in the morning and go through the day with a smile on my face 🙂 so I decided to make healthy eating part of my life (not just for loosing weight).
Your post is very inspirational and really helps understand that everything is connected.
    Thanks!

    1. Hi Moran. I’m happy that you were inspired by what you read in my post. Thanks for visiting my site and taking the time to comment. It’s amazing how when we change one aspect of our life that it affects all other aspects of our lives. Something simple like changing your diet to create a healthier body affected your mind and emotions. It is truly empowering when we realize this and begin to use it to positively affect our lives. All the best,
      Andrew

  4. Andrew!! I was so pleased to come across this post. This last year, I have had the good fortune of taking some profoundly difficult and challenging experiences that have brought me to an awareness of energy in the body and the governance of myself in terms of energetic vibration and frequencies. Upon my own life experience and discovery of this fundamental truth, it has been a stretch to find like minded people to find mutuality with my new found knowledge and discoveries. This post is so inspirational and insightful and really offers some more information that is further empowering to my journey. I am so pleased to have encountered your site and will bookmark it for sure! Self awareness and the governance of ones vibration can have exponential effects upon the creation of ones reality. I have just started to delve into the energy centres of the body, the chakras and meditations to balance and heal any blocked energies and am so excited to read more of your content you are providing. Sincerest gratitude for your investment in educating others about energy, frequency and vibration!!

  5. Absolutely love and live this post. From my own experience I can say that all you are describing is at play and true in my life. It’s life and spiritual physics what you are describing, mind blowing stuff!
Awareness, raising consciousness and vibration and self enquiry are the keys to transformation..
Thank you for this enlightening post!

    1. Hi Luna. Thanks for taking the time to read my article. Your comments are very kind, and yes, I agree self-inquiry leads to self-realization. We will all get there in our own unique way in our own unique timing.
      With much love and respect,
      Andrew

  6. Thanks for your awesome article! I agree with everything you said. I made some changes in my life in the past couple of years and I have learned that we are all one, we are energy and we are connected. I wish I had understood that years ago. Now that I know this, I find life so much easier to live. One of the big changes I made in my life was music. I listen to mantras now, most of the time actually. The vibrations I feel from them help me so much. It is almost magical! Thanks for your wonderful article.
    Angela

    1. Hi Angela. You are welcome. I’m happy that you understand that we are ALL ONE now! We can never come to a realization of something until we are ready to deal with it. So you have arrived at this understanding in the perfect time for you. The secret now is to put what you have learned to good use and improve your life in any way you choose to. Have lots of fun and enjoy listening to the mantras. They do indeed help create magic in our lives.
      With much love and respect,
      Andrew

  7. Wow, this was a very inspirational article. It was a joy to read. It was quite splendid. I like your point on posture. It really makes a difference. The way you carry yourself impacts how your mind thinks. If you are hunched over all the time, you will become depressed like the hunchback of Notre Dame. Lol!

I do have a question though. You raised some good points from getting outside to go on a walk or straightening your posture, but I want more depth. Do you have any recommendations for a book or longer blog post where there is more depth about what you talk about here? I look forward to reading your answer.

Thank you for sharing and I hope you make it a great day!

    1. Many thanks for your comments, Alex. I do not know of any books that explain this concept in detail. My own information is based on 25 plus years of observation. It becomes quite easy, with practice, to know what type of thoughts a person has and their personality type based on how they use their body. Or conversely, if you are talking with someone, and cannot see them, we can normally form a mental picture of what sort of condition their body is in. This is not a pure science, however, people generally operate based on their programmes/habits and do become quite predictable, and patterns emerge with groups of people exhibiting similar traits.
Sorry I could not be more helpful. If I do find any more information, I will be sure to share it with you.
      Kind regards,
      Andrew

  8. Hi Andrew! I love your posts. It is so easy to forget that we are all connected by energy. I personally feel this when I go out in nature. If I slow my mind and take the time to feel the trees, birds and insects around me the boost is immediate. I get a feeling of well being that is exceptional. The trick is to stay in that frame of mind 🙂
Thanks again for a very enlightening post.

    1. Hi Mike. Thanks for your comments. It’s good to know that you already recognize and take advantage of the healing power of nature. As you say, the difficult part for most of us is to remain in a state of high vibration when we go back to our ‘normal’ lives. It is possible, and the practice of mindfulness helps us to remain focused.
      Kind regards,
      Andrew

  9. Wow, now I know why I love the outdoors so much-it makes me feel happy. I can spend hours working in my yard, doing gardening or just bird watching without even realizing how much time has gone by. This is great information. Thanks so much for sharing.

    Cristy

    1. Hi Cristy. I’m happy you got some useful information from my article to help you understand why you feel so good you you are immersed in nature. Natural environments are like power packs for humans. Enjoy.
      Kind regards,
      Andrew
