If our subconscious programs reflected our conscious desires, we would achieve all our dreams!

We can get everything that we want!

Do you know that if we went into our subconscious minds and changed our programs to reflect the wishes and desires of our conscious minds, then it’s possible for us to live the lives of our dreams? This is not wishful thinking, fairy tales, or a secret, but tested and proven reality!

In this article, I will explain why you are currently not living the lives of your dreams and give you some solutions that you can use to change your limiting subconscious programs into ones that reflect the lives you want to create for yourselves.

But first, it’s important to take a moment and reflect upon how you want your future life to be. What is it you wish for and dream of? It’s important to be as clear as possible, because if you don’t know where you are going, how are you ever going to get there?

There’s much more to life than what we are currently experiencing.

What do we want? We can all agree that we want the necessities of life taken care of as a bare minimum. We all desire to be safe, secure, comfortable, healthy, loved, and financially able to buy the things we want for ourselves and our loved ones.

And others of us have dreams that reach further. We want fun, excitement, abundance, and challenges…. Something to stimulate us to reach higher, and further, than we have ever gone before. Because, after all, to fully appreciate what life is all about, we really need to fully immerse ourselves in the complete experience!

For the majority of us, our lives have been reduced to a very restricted version of what they could be. The potential that exists for more, for all of us, is massive. And by more I mean more love, better health, greater wealth, and lots more fun and excitement in our daily lives. But most of us are living with some fears, doubts, insecurities, lack, and sub-optimal health…. and all of these issues are results in our lives because of the way we were programmed when we were young.

We were made to believe (and often still are) that there is not enough for everyone, and that we must even compete for jobs, that given the choice, we really don’t want to be doing anyway. Because of this and other factors, we often feel that our futures are uncertain…… even if we have enough food, shelter, friends, and good health now, we will still spend time worrying about what is yet to come.

Learn how to reprogram your mind to get everything you want! It’s probable that our stresses (most of the things that we worry about) probably won’t become real and even though they are not current, we often still allow them to take a negative toll on our overall wellbeing and the quality of our present lives……. So even if things are good now, we may harbor thoughts around fear relating to a possible future that may or may not materialize….. Does this sound like a rational way to spend our time and energy?

Instead of being unhappy now, wouldn’t it be wiser for us to think of our future in a positive way and just be happy now? It would be, but unfortunately, many of us are not ‘wired’ that way!

Why does my mind have a negative bias?

We are born with a blank mind, a mind that by default is in a receptive state for the first seven years of our lives. Nature has gifted us with the ability during this time to download the programs we need so that we can learn how to become functioning members of society and our culture so that we will fit in. Our brains learn quickly and easily as they are in the equivalent of a hypnosis state during this time, and they learn primarily by observing the people closest to us and the environment we are immersed in.

Our parents, families, communities, the TV, preschools, etc. all provide information and stimulus that are downloaded directly, and unfiltered, into our brains for the first seven years. This information becomes our basic programming and will Our kids absorb all the information they are exposed to!shape us for the rest of our lives. So we are loaded with information that we did not choose…. OUR FUNDAMENTAL LIFE PROGRAMS WERE CREATED OUT OF THE CHAOS THAT IS GOING ON ALL AROUND US ALL OF THE TIME!

Some of us have programs that tell us life is about struggle, hardship, abuse, low self-esteem, and ‘never having enough.’ If we think about it, there is not a person on the planet that would voluntarily choose to be programmed with this sort of default information….. BUT it is happening to many children every day! It begs the question: WHAT ARE WE PROGRAMMING OUR CHILDREN WITH?

Our current lives are a reflection of our subconscious programs.

For the first seven years of our lives, we were basically unconscious and just absorbing information which culminated in our basic programs. What are these programs? Well, often that’s not easy to define, because we were not conscious and aware of what was happening at the time, and therefore could not choose which information to accept and which to reject.

Currently, most of us are operating in autopilot mode for ninety-five percent of our waking lives…. We are not consciously functioning, but ALLOWING our subconscious minds to determine our thoughts, actions, and reactions. So if we look at the state of our lives we can assess what our current programs are.

If there are things that we want that require a lot of effort and we are struggling to achieve, it’s because we have an invisible program that’s not supporting us in this direction. In effect, our deeply rooted beliefs are sabotaging our ability to get what we want. However, if we want something and it comes quickly and easily, it is because we have programs that are supporting us.

I can’t get what I want because the whole world is against me!

The world is our playground.... so have fun!The world can’t be against us as the world is unbiased and therefore can’t choose who to help and who to hinder!
The world is our playground and CAN actually provide us with everything that we want. Currently, THIS PLAYGROUND IS PROVIDING EVERYTHING THAT WE ARE ‘ASKING’ FOR ACCORDING TO OUR SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING. So if we’re not getting what we want, what do we need to do?…. change our programs, OR BECOME CONSCIOUS FOR 100% OF OUR WAKING LIVES….. BECAUSE ONLY WHEN WE ARE CONSCIOUS DO WE CONCENTRATE ON THE GOOD STUFF THAT WE WISH TO ATTRACT INTO OUR LIVES!

However, since none of us can be conscious all of the time, we fall back on our unconscious minds to get us through each day. Its job is to look after us and do stuff that we already know how to do when we are not consciously thinking, or not paying attention/mindful of the present moment. In this way, we can achieve many tasks in autopilot mode while thinking about other stuff.

Autopilot mode is a necessary function of our minds. I’m sure that most of us when washing the dishes or driving the car are thinking about other stuff instead of how wonderful the knife will look once it is cleaned with just the right amount of detergent in the right temperature water, or ‘if I turn the steering wheel twenty-two degrees to the left I will properly execute this left turn!’ Boring….

This is important, because when we are not paying attention to what we are doing, our minds are free to wander, to daydream, and they can be thinking of the past, or the future, or making up all sorts of stuff based on our subconscious Midas Manifestation helps you achieve all your dreamsprograms. And this is when the information that we were programmed with (not the information we would choose) asserts itself into our lives and manifests as our current life circumstances.

Unfortunately for us, psychologists tell us that, most of our programs are disempowering, self-sabotaging, and limiting! And here we are…. allowing these programs to run for up to ninety-five percent of each day! What!!!! Are we mad?….. maybe not mad, but more likely just unaware of the limitations we are imposing upon ourselves every day of our lives……

So, can we really consider ourselves to be victims or unlucky when it is we, ourselves, who are allowing our ‘poor programming’ to control ninety-five percent of what we do every day?

We may consciously want to be successful, happy, healthy, in a great relationship, etc. but what if it’s not working out that way? It’s because you, like everyone else, are living most of your lives according to your default programming….. programs that you did not consciously choose to download into your brains!

Help me! Will educating my conscious mind help change my subconscious beliefs?

If you are reading this, I imagine you have already read many self-help books and maybe done a few personal development courses, etc. all with the desire to improve your lives. This is great, and everything helps….. but probably not to the extent that we believe it will and hope it will.

How many books have you read, movies have you watched, and how many courses have you participated in? Did they dramatically change your life to give you everything that you wanted? I think the answer is no, we still have not achieved everything that we wanted. And even though we are a lot smarter than we were before, our lives continue pretty much the same as they were before. Why is this so?

Even though OUR CONSCIOUS MINDS can accept and learn heaps of relevant and important information, the problem we have is that OUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND does not learn in the same way as our conscious mind does! So basically, it’s not aware of all the conscious work we are doing on ourselves.

And because it is our subconscious programs that are responsible for ninety-five percent of the ‘asking’ that we do every day that determines what we ‘receive’ as our life circumstances, we will continue to receive what we are already programmed with….. the programs that are not ours, but were installed in our minds when we were young and impressionable. I can hear you say that “this really, really sucks.” And I used to agree! However, there is light at the end of this tunnel!

How can we change our subconscious beliefs and therefore effectively improve our lives?

Once we understand how our subconscious learns, we realize that we have several options available that will effectively help to change our unwanted beliefs into beliefs that will support our desires for health, wealth, love, success, and everything else that we wish to achieve.

1) The way we learned in the first seven years of our lives was through hypnosis.
This is because our brains were operating in a low vibrational frequency and very receptive to downloading everything that they sensed from our environment.

Reprogram-Me is a great month-long hypnosis audio course that I have been using with great results to help retrain my subconscious mind to work for me. You may like to check out their website HERE or read the review I have written on this course: Reprogram.Me- A Hypnosis Program for Wealth Creation. This is how you reprogram your subconscious minds for success!

The Raikov Effect is another program that that effectively incorporates hypnosis into its course to change our subconscious programs. Check out their website HERE, or read about my experiences with this program: How can I hack my brain for success?

2) After the age of seven, we learn many things through repetition. It’s like at school when we learned our ABCs and times tables, and later we learned to drive by practicing again and again until it becomes a habit that no longer requires our full conscious attention. So repeat what you want until it becomes a habit and then natural… and never ever repeat what you do not want!

3) Tremendous emotional shock….  This is something I went through in my late twenties, and I don’t recommend it. However, it is a very effective way to create sudden and lasting change. It occurs when we are suddenly confronted with the reality that some of our beliefs are wrong and are no longer in any way beneficial to our continued existence.

Unfortunately, this is very common. Where something happens in our lives that is so dramatic that after that moment we realize that we are never going to be the same person again…. it‘s a real wake-up call and our subconscious gets it right away! Once we get over the period of shock and pain, we realize that it was for our ultimate benefit!

4) Some therapies/programs that are relatively new to the market and are associated with Energy Psychology are ‘Belief Changing Modalities.’ These methods are considered by many to be a form of super-learning and they are gaining a lot of recognition because of the speed of change that is possible. Some people claim that they have changed beliefs they have had for their whole lives in as little as five minutes.

Psychological Kinesiology (Psych-K) is one such modality and is recommended and used by Dr. Bruce Lipton, who has built his career around helping people to utilize more of their potential. Bruce is featured in the video at the top of this page and this article is inspired by the conversation he is having with the interviewer.

Psych-K is a process that achieves ‘brainwave synchronization’ by harmonizing the left and right hemispheres of the brain (something which isn’t normally happening during our day.) This allows a sort of window to open up, and when it does, we can drop in new beliefs in as little as five minutes. For more information, you can check out their website Psyche-K.

Change your vibration and you will change your life! There’s one more way according to Bruce: “Falling in love with a person or with your creativity. Falling in love is so captivating, so engrossing, so desirable, so that you don’t let your conscious mind wander. When in love our conscious mind stays present. And this is important because our conscious minds wishes, desires and aspirations ARE being manifested.” This works because we are no longer resorting to autopilot mode and allowing our old programs to run our lives.

So, there you have it! Four plus one way to change our old subconscious beliefs so that they come into alignment with what we are currently consciously wanting to achieve. Interesting or not? Do you know of any better ways that would help others to evolve themselves?

Leave me a comment below and let me know about your successes with upgrading your old programs.

Shared with love and respect for all souls that are playing the game of life,

Andrew

  1. Hey man, really enjoyed your post.

The subconscious mind is an incredibly powerful thing, both for good or bad depending on how it is programmed. What you focus on expands. What you think about you become. What you put into your mind finds a way to manifest itself in your life no doubt about it. I am a firm believer in all of that.

I have never tried hypnosis and I am going to explore the program you are talking about in more detail.

For me personal development includes reading from a personal development book daily, listening to motivational videos and podcasts, as well as mediation, and spending time reflecting on my goals has been my routine to date and works fairly well. But I am also looking for that extra advantage and will explore the hypnosis further.

    Thanks again

    Rob

    1. Hi Rob,
You are right. What we put into our minds always finds a way to manifest…. I’ve been very aware of my dreams recently. This has come about since using the Reprogram.Me hypnosis program. It’s one of the suggestions that they use to help us create awareness.

What is interesting is that I find my dreams containing content from the previous day, days, weeks, or years. This is what is in my subconscious, and not all of it is beneficial! When we flick through the TV channels and see a horror scene, it embeds itself into our subconscious, and so does the war, hate, dramas, as well as all of the good stuff.

Apparently, our subconscious minds process 40 million bits of information every second, and this means it doesn’t miss anything! So when we read positive books, meditate, think happy thoughts for ten percent of our day, and then watch the evening news, a horror movie, and don’t enjoy our daily grind at work, where is the majority of our focus? If it’s on stuff that we don’t wish to be our reality, we need to change what we are exposing ourselves to on a regular basis and only consume content that supports our goals and dreams.

However, any time we spend doing stuff that is good for us is for our ultimate benefit, and we are always rewarded with the lives that we are living. Therefore, if we are happy most of the time, we are sure to receive more to be happy about. The converse is also true.
As you say, anything that can give us an extra advantage to help achieve our goals and dreams is definitely worth checking out. Hypnosis is something that we know works!

I wish you all the best, my friend.

  2. Hi Andrew, usually I agree with your articles. This time I am not sure. 🙂 It seems too rigid. Especially this sentence “I think the answer is no, we still have not achieved everything that we wanted” has set me off. I believe I have made a dramatic change in life in the past decade and I am very happy with my present life.

I do agree with you that the world is abundant. There really is enough for everyone. I like being happy and content, and still working on myself to be better every day.

As you know I am Dutch and I am subscribed to a newsletter of a Dutch doctor whose base of his program is in prehistory. So his explanation of our negativity bias is that in those days we had to be aware of any danger to survive. And although our environment has changed a lot, our genes haven’t yet, hence the domination of negative thoughts.

Thanks for making me think 🙂

    1. Hi Hannie 🙂

Maybe my statement “The answer is no!” is too strong. I did qualify it by saying that we STILL do not have EVERYTHING…. and this is what I was alluding to. (I’ll see how I can word it a bit better.)
I’m like you.. With the available tools, like reading, movies, courses, etc. I have also made dramatic changes in my life that have led me to now be living a life I am very happy with. I am definitely not the same person that I was 10, 20, or 30 years ago. The significant changes have been on the ‘inside.’ By this, I mean that it’s the way I view, think, and feel, about the events, circumstances, people, and places in my life that have brought peace, security, love, and joy into my experience…. And if life is good on the inside, it just gets better on the outside as well.

Everything we do has an effect on us, and if we keep doing positive uplifting as well as maintaining a positive mindset, then our lives naturally going to get better. This is just how the universe works. And It’s great to know that this is also your personal experience.

I have read similar accounts of why we are negatively biased… relating to having to survive and be aware of danger way back in history. I know we are programmed by previous generations (parents and grandparents) when young, but we also live in the ‘present.’ Dr. Bruce Lipton’s (featured in the video above) main field of research was cellular biology. He is a pioneer in the field of ‘epigenetics,’ which simply means ‘influences from above the cells..i.e. not genetics. He has proven that it is OUR ENVIRONMENT that has the greatest influence on how our genes express themselves. Because every gene can be turned on or off in multiple combinations, it is what we expose ourselves to that determines how the genes behave.
This research tells us that the myth that we are victims of our genes is false. Even the Cancer Society of America now admits the ninety-five percent of cancers are lifestyle related and not determined by fixed genetic codes.

Dr. Lipton explains that we are all capable of creating all diseases in our bodies if we immerse ourselves in the conditions (physical, mental, and emotional) that will create the disease. We can all get diabetes if we eat the wrong foods, and don’t exercise, and we can all grow muscle if we go to the gym and workout. I find his research fascinating because it tells us that we have much more responsibility and control over the quality and circumstances of our own lives than we have previously been lead to believe. And I love this because I know I can heal my body, reprogram my mind, and choose to feel good regardless of the genes I have been given and regardless of the circumstances I was born into. This is my life, and I can take it in any direction that I choose!

Many thanks for engaging once again, Hannie, and for making me think about life in a deeper and more meaningful way 🙂
      Have a great day,
      Andrew

      1. Ahh, so I have putten my words a bit wrong as well. 🙂 That our genes are still prehistoric doesn’t mean we’re victims of them. It’s interesting because that Dutch doctor I was mentioning is into epigenetics as well. Although it might be his conclusions are different than Dr. Lipton’s, I am not sure.

It’s marvelous, isn’t it, to conclude that we are different than years ago. I have noticed that the most when we emigrated. People we meet over here respond differently to us than our Dutch friends. Not just because they have a different culture, but also because they don’t expect us to be how we were so many years ago.

        1. Haha. When you say our genes are prehistoric, I imagine them being old and falling apart…. but the reality is that they are some of the most incredible technology in existence. They are so responsive to all of our vibrations and as such, expressess themselves according to our beliefs. I am in awe that a single cell (egg and sperm when fertilized) can create a diversity of complex systems that make up our bodies. The single-cell divides and multiplies and at the precise right time makes skin cells, bone cells, heart and lung cells, blood cells, etc. How amazing are we????

I love, how you said you have been able to change because the people in your new environment “don’t expect us to be how we were so many years ago.” I have had the same experience, more than once, and this is why I so often desired to escape from home where everyone expected me to be a certain way, do certain things at certain times….. They had placed me in a box and decided that “this is who I was.” It’s much easier to transform ourselves when we are not constantly expected to BE a certain way and not continually reminded of who we were.

Many thanks for sharing again 🙂
