About Andrew

I am from New Zealand and I love to create. At times, I am a builder, and other times, I am an author. I have a big heart and a passion for ‘rocking the boat’ to help create a better society for all participants.

My understanding of the nature of reality began with twenty-eight years of conformity, then plunged to the depths of shock and despair, through anger and fear, to eventually, after twenty-five years of searching bring me to a place of relaxed understanding and love for all occurrences.

I am very interested in people, and specifically the differences between us. We basically all want similar things in life. They include the necessities of food, water, and shelter. Beyond that, we still have many things in common like the desire to love and be loved, to be comfortable and able to purchase the goods and services we want to enjoy a quality life.

I have traveled to 35 different countries, many of them more than once, and one, in particular, more than 20 times. Traveling is a great equalizer, as it helps us to realize that there is no ‘us and them.’ There are just people, all around the world with similar hopes, dreams, and desires for a better life, and also where ever I’ve been the people are facing similar problems.

I would like to invest more of my time and energy into helping people recognize their similarities, and in this way, we would be less prone to judge others based on who we ‘think’ they are, rather than the reality that they are very similar to us, and desire to improve their lives and the lives of their family and friends, just as we do.

I have written a self-help book, and as yet, have not managed to get it published. I am having problems getting agents and publishers to even look at it because I am not a recognized authority in this field. So, I have created this website as a way to raise my profile so that in the future I will be taken seriously as an author, and maybe get some material published.

My goal is to contribute significantly to making the world a happier place for all life.

It is with love and respect for all beings that I write my blogs in the hope that each of them will make someone’s day a little brighter.

Building this website has been a huge and very valuable learning curve for me, and it has helped me understand my subject, my interests, and myself, on a much deeper level. I would recommend this process (creating a website) to anyone who wishes to delve deeper into their passions, learn more about themselves, learn new and relevant computer-based skills, and earn an extra income from doing what you love.

My goal is to build a full-time income through blogging, just as many people already do.  You see them everywhere, especially in cafes, people on their computers, traveling the world, and blogging about things they love. It sure beats going to the office or factory for 40 to 50 hours a week to do something that you are not passionate about.

If you have been reading my posts you will know that I strongly believe that the circumstances of our lives are totally within our hands to create as we wish. However, if we do nothing, nothing will change for us.

Maybe it’s time for you to do something different and better than you have been doing before? If you do, the lifestyle you will be living in the future will be way better than the lifestyle you are currently living. It’s up to you…. more of the same, or are you ready for positive change?

I wish you all the best on your journey through life.

With love and respect,

Andrew

  1. Greetings Andrew,
I found the same kind of wonder when I started my path back on July 15th, 2001. I stopped lying to myself, so I stopped lying to others. I saw the sky was bluer, the grass was greener, and the flowers were more beautiful than they had ever been. I discovered the earth was mother, as was the moon, the sun was father, as was time. It has been the adventure of a lifetime in this the 3rd dimension. The many things I have learned have come in handy during times of darkness, and I continue to learn things daily. Keep writing and exploring!

    Peace Out~

    1. Hey, Maylynn. Welcome back!

Learning new things is great and necessary if we want to have better lives. Because, unfortunately, the current systems (educational, religious, Main-Stream news and entertainment, financial, etc.) teach (program us) that we have to have our heads down, do as everyone else is doing (follow sets of rules that we never agreed to,) and not question the ‘status quo.’
And this leads to more and more of the same… and when we look at the state of the world, although in many instances things are changing for the better, the ‘quality of life’ for the average person is degrading. We are generally becoming less healthy, less free, more insular, and less able to understand that with better choices, we could easily create a better world for all life.

I look forward to the coming time when there are more and more aware people, like yourself, on the planet and most people can truly experience a ‘Heaven on earth.’

      Many thanks for sharing,
      Live in love and peace,
      Andrew

  2. Hey Andrew,

great work!! Lot’s of cool changes here on your website… 🙂

I hope we have a few continuation sessions in Terminal21 or wherever early next year, if Thailand and neighboring countries allow for international travel again.

Until then, keep up the great work!

    1. Hey mate.

It’s looking like international travel is not going to be resuming any time soon. But hey, I can have a beer before you get here…. I’ll be thinking of you if that helps, hahaha.

Have a great time wherever you end up.
      Cheers mate!

  5. I feel your passion, but in another niche hopefully one day we will be able to collaborate on something and I’m sure it could happen as we are both passionate about what we are doing. The readers of my niche can benefit from this. The more we improve and educate ourselves as people the more this world can become a better place. I can’t wait to dig into this blog and learn more about myself as well. Appreciate the work you are doing.

    1. Hey Jason. Thanks for your kind comments. They mean a lot to me. I think collaborating is a great idea for the future. We can all learn something from each other, and if we can help make the world a better place, we should do it. Happy reading my friend.

Like you, I am writing my blog to get more writing practice and to develop myself as an authority in self-improvement and self-education.
