Today can be the best day of your life!

Choose to behealthy, wealthy, happy and wise every day!

So now you may be thinking something like……What are you talking about? You don’t even know me, so how can you predict that this is going to be the best day of my life?

True! I may not know you personally, but I do know that YOU have what it takes within you to create the best day of your life…… any time you choose to.

How do I know this????

Because, like ninety-nine point nine-nine percent of people on the planet, you have so much more potential than you are currently living. You are living within a very limited version of all the possibilities that life has on offer for each and every one of us!

Read on if you want to learn how to have more fun, joy, love, and overall satisfaction every day of your life.

What do you mean I am living a limited version of life?

Mostly, we are creatures of habit. So we conform to a similar routine, day in and day out. We go to work on average five days a week, with the same people, doing a similar job each day. Then we socialize with the same group of friends and talk about things we are commonly interested in. We have two days off on the weekend and spend time with family and friends, or pursue that which we already know that we enjoy doing, (if we have any time left for ourselves after all the routine chores are done!)

So, we have defined ourselves as being a certain type of person. I have this job, I know this stuff, these are my friends, these are the beliefs I hold to be true, and these are the things I like to do in my spare time.

There is nothing wrong with this! It is a very comfortable and safe way to live, and if you enjoy comfort and security then it is the best option.

However, where is the potential for personal growth and development when you are living your life according to what you already know and understand?

Doing the same things all the time does not leave a lot of room to experience anything new, so you will never learn anything that challenges what you can already do and what you already believe!

Because of this, it is very unlikely that anyone who is living their life within self-imposed restrictive boundaries for any amount of time is living ‘the best days of their lives.’

Eventually, discontentment will settle into their psyche because their life becomes so predictable and basically just plain boring.

Is this how you want your life to turn out?

Why have most people settled for a life of repeating habits?

Subliminal 360 Free Gifts Brain HackerWe get stuck in a mode of repeating patterns of behavior often because we are resistant to, or fearful of change, and find it easier to fall back into our known patterns of behavior and habits that are inherent in our basic programming. Therefore, we cannot expect anything different from life so will just continue to receive the same or similar results to what we are currently getting…. because we are continually reinforcing what we already know. This can be a very destructive strategy, especially when our conditioned beliefs and patterns of behavior restrict us instead of allowing us to grow and develop our potential.

Many of our restrictive habits, those that ensure that we live a life of compliance within the consensus reality was initially programmed into us when we were young and impressionable, by those who had influence over our upbringing. However, as adults, we need to face up and accept responsibility for our own lives and the quality of life we are experiencing.

It is important to understand that we have many choices available to us, each and every day, to either continue with life the way it is or to make changes to ensure that the quality of life we are living will continue to improve, each and every day. However, if we do not realize that we have many choices available to us, we will continue to play the game according to our current programming, which is the accumulation of our past conditioning, and therefore act and react according to our programming.

How do I break out to enjoy more of the good things that life has to offer?

We can never positively change our lives if we continue to conform to our same safe and known routines and play out the same habits and responses that we have always used. Albert Einstein was right when he defined insanity as: ‘Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.’

To achieve a different outcome we are required to change something about ourselves. And it all begins with us consciously changing our consistent thoughts which go on to create new beliefs and habits which will give us different outcomes in our lives.

Our beliefs and habits are just things that we have gathered during our lives and we claim them as our own. They are neither right nor wrong, however, they do determine how we approach life, and therefore they affect our outcomes regarding health, wealth, happiness, and wisdom, to name a few things.

A better choice for all of us is to ‘wake up’ to the understanding that we can choose how to act and react to situations in new ways, so we essentially become ‘more’ than our previous self and are therefore no longer ruled by our previous programming alone.

If the thought of waking up tomorrow and living a similar day to the previous 100 days does not make your heart jump with joy then you must change some of your thoughts, actions, and behaviors so you will achieve receive different results in your life.

Learn to quickly attract your desiresIt helps to remember that we are wonderfully created to be inquisitive and to be adventurous. As children, we were naturally fun-loving, creative, and adventurous by nature. This is how we learned about our own essential nature and the world, (or playground,) which we have been born into.

We have such amazing potential, physically, mentally, and emotionally to develop ourselves way beyond what the average person considers possible. So, why is it that we often accept a mundane, less than satisfactory life experience for ourselves and then raise our children to settle for the same?

Better options are and have always been, available for us. Again, I must emphasize that it simply comes down to the choices that we make each and every day. One choice we can all make right now is to let go of our fears and learn new things that will help us to achieve the life we desire for ourselves.

The ability to learn new skills and information is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves. Learning more about ourselves, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually is the only way we will come to understand our essential being and this will guide us to identify the things that will help us grow into the life that we really desire for ourselves.

I don’t like change and I’m not good at learning new things!

Most of us have been our own worst enemy when it comes to approaching new tasks and this is mostly because of the way we have been taught in the past which has resulted in the negative attitudes many of us still hold towards learning in general.

The good news is that we learned these limiting beliefs and we can unlearn them by breaking free of our self-imposed limits, trying new things, and congratulating ourselves on all our successes. Every small success we have helps to reinforce a new belief system, within us, that allows us to go beyond what we previously considered possible.

Our incredible brain is there to support us, 100%, whether we believe we can achieve something or whether we believe we cannot our brain believes we are correct each time. Our brain is there to serve us, but most of us have become very subservient to our thoughts.

However, it is very important to realize that YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS! They are ideas traversing your mind, 90% of which are based on our conditioned patterns of behaviors and responses that we learned when we were growing up.

Your whole life will change when you understand and apply this one truth: YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS, just as you are not your beliefs or your emotions. However, if you, like most people, get sucked into identifying with them, they will rule your life and most likely you will live a life of unrealized potential. This is because any beliefs that we hold onto and adhere to prohibit all other possibilities. For example, if we are afraid of heights, we will never experience the joys of bungee jumping, skydiving, mountain climbing, etc.

This one belief, alone, excludes so many adventures and great potential for personal growth from our lives. Can you imagine then, if we add all of our limiting beliefs together, how many actions, thoughts, and behaviors are removed from our potential for adventure, fun, and love?

Scary isn’t it!

Sure, not everything that is available to us needs to be experienced by us. That is why we are gifted with intuition. Our intuition is our best guide to give us a direction to go with our lives so that we will learn what will benefit us the most. You can click HERE to learn how to tap into your intuition and use it as a guiding light to lead you down a path to a better life. We can all learn how to develop and use intuition to our advantage, so don’t limit yourself by saying that you can’t tap into this valuable resource that resides within all of us!

This is the first day of the rest of your life!

Up-level your life by learning a new skill! The past has gone and we should leave it there. Instead, we should use our ability to think about what will be of benefit to us in the future. If we can focus every new moment and every new thought on creating the future we desire, with time, we will achieve it.

I hope you realize by now that your current life is a result of all the beliefs that you hold about life. Your beliefs led to your constant repetitive thoughts and actions which determines what you will and won’t do on a moment by moment, and day-by-day basis. A good way to find out what you truly believe is to expose yourself to a more diverse, and a greater variety of people, places, opportunities, situations, etc. as this will conjure up thoughts within yourself through which you will begin to understand what limiting beliefs are lurking deep within your subconscious mind that are controlling and limiting your life.

So, why not choose now to learn more about the beliefs you hold onto that are limiting you to live an ‘ordinary’ life. By coming to understanding your beliefs you will gain the power to change them to beliefs that will support your quest for a ‘better’ life than the one you are currently waking up to every morning.

It’s not a matter of ‘if you deserve a better life or not,’ it’s just a matter of…..

if you are willing to do what it takes to CREATE a better life for yourself.

You can have anything you desire, but currently have everything you deserve because your life is a creation of all that you have attracted to yourself due to the beliefs you hold onto. This is the Law of Attraction creating the life you deserve.

If you are not happy with some aspects of your life, begin now by changing your beliefs to change what you attract into your life! You ‘deserve’ whatever you can consistently and consciously imagine for yourself. So why not imagine a great life, or the best day of your life each and every morning when you wake up!

Begin now, because the best days of your life are the days ahead of you!

Life is an incredible gift, full of wonder and abundance. Unfortunately, most people are used to getting by with very little due to their limiting beliefs. Life miraculously returns to us exactly what we expect from it; so imagine if you expected more? It’s your consistent thoughts that determine what you will receive. So start thinking about what you want instead of thinking about what you don’t want.

If you don’t ask for anything you won’t get anything! Instead, ask for what you want and expect to receive it. Your goals will manifest sooner if you can focus your mind, with passion, on what it is that you want to achieve.

Are you willing to change your thoughts to create a better life for yourself?

Please let me know how this works out for you in the comments section below.

Shared with love and respect for all beings brave enough to participate in this game of life,

Andrew

  1. Thank you for this great, inspiring, and motivating post. I can relate to most of what you are writing. One of the things I struggle with in my life is that I cannot easily let go of the past and the regrets I have, and in some cases, it drags me down. I recently came to terms with my past, and now I always try to accept it and let it go.
Other issues I have is overcoming negative thoughts and being afraid to take risks. I realize it is essential to remind ourselves constantly that we are not our thoughts just as we are not our beliefs or emotions.

    1. Hi Alexis. Knowing that we are not our thoughts gives up the power to review them and to change them to suit our desired outcomes. It is our thoughts that lead to our feelings which create our emotional state of being at any time. You have the choice, just as we all do, to think beneficial thoughts to support your overall wellbeing. It does, however, take time and practice, and does require your attention to how you are feeling. Becoming aware of our thoughts is a learning experience and you will progressively get better at it with time. Keep remembering to check in with how you are feeling, and if you are not feeling so good, review your thoughts and you will understand why.
I wish you well on your journey. Kind regards,
      Andrew

  2. Hey, this is so accurate and you show how we can all make changes and change our choices that can help us bring something different into our lives which can improve how our day will be. I totally agree that our thoughts are not real, they aren’t anything we will find if one did an autopsy looking for a thought. So we can choose our thoughts and choose how we respond to those thoughts, whether to believe them or let them float by. I totally agree with you that the past is the past, so leave it there. Too many people get caught up with their past regrets and events instead of accepting them, and leave them there where they belong. this will certainly help one focus on how to be present and work towards our potential, take risks, have fun, push forward even if you don’t know what it looks like. Thanks for the inspiring post

    1. Hi Kat. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my post. I like how you say that if we did an autopsy we would never be able to find a thought. This is so true. Our thoughts are not solid but are just the creation of our mind and are dependant on what we choose to think at any given time. Thanks for sharing.
      Kind regards,
      Andrew

  3. Andrew, this topic is gold in my opinion. I am a big fan and believer in the law of attraction and in the idea that your thoughts affect what we have become and what we will become.
I totally agree that we can control our lives and take the positivity of every situation. One of my favorite quotes is “All that we are is the result of what we have thought” by the Buddha, and I’ve found that to be 100% true in effect to my personal life. Once you understand this concept you will start noticing how this is related in your life, and if you are sincere about it, you can start making it work to your benefit.
One thing to keep in mind in that topic is that it is not an easy and overnight change, it needs a will and perseverance to follow through, eventually if you really want it and visualizing it, it will materialize.

    1. Hi Salim. Many thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my article. I agree with you that in the beginning, it is not easy to change a lifetime of bad habits. But with perseverance, anyone can overcome negative thinking habits to create the life they desire for themselves. Change requires that we first become aware of the habits that do not support our wellbeing, and then we can devote our energy, through thought and actions, to create the person we wish to become. This is a process without end, and throughout the journey, life will just keep getting better and better.
      All the best my friend,
      Andrew

  4. What a lovely post you wrote! I enjoyed reading it, and I could not be silent about your post, so I decided to leave my comment here and say Thank You!
I always get annoyed and feel my time wasted when I see articles that give little advice. My mind always wants to understand the reason why and how things work before I can take any information.

I like how you have explained doing the same things all the time does not leave a lot of room to experience anything new, so we will never learn anything that challenges what we can already do and what we already believe!
So I’m happy that you decided to write about this topic and share it with people. It’s beneficial and can use as an excellent source for everyone interested in this topic. Your article had value in every sentence for me, and I am grateful.
I will come back to your website again for sure, and I’m looking forward to reading your new posts.)

    Thanks!

    1. Many thanks for taking the time to read my post. I appreciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you back in the near future.
      All the best to you,

  5. Hi Andrew!
Thanks for your inspiring post. I enjoyed the read very much.
I agree that if we’re not happy with the way things are, that we must make a change. Change can be scary, but so is staying in your present situation.
I believe happiness is a choice we all need to make. And part of that is being content with what you have. It’s always great to strive to improve yourself or your situation, but wanting more simply to keep up with the Jones will never make you happy.
Thanks for inspiring people to change,
    Suzanne

    1. Hi Suzanne. Thanks for taking the time to comment on my article. I have to agree with you that happiness is a choice, and so is depression, fear, anxiety, etc. I see so many people making choices that do not support their health and overall wellbeing and wonder how, as a species, that most people do not realize that to have a better life, they can simply change the choices that they are making on a moment by moment basis. It seems so simple, and yet people are not aware that happiness is a choice that they need to consciously make in order to be happy. Instead, they habitually return to their ‘default’ programmed modes they learned when they were young, which are often limiting and counterproductive to living a life of abundance and joy. Together, we can show by example a better way for people to live so that they can attain their dreams. I wish you all the best on your journey,
      Andrew

  6. I love your post very much. As I read, i just could identify with everything you write, which co-incidentally has some similarity to my website theme, which is to help people to be happy, provide suggestions on what to do when in needs etc. I also like your song video on “Best Day of My Life”. Thanks for sharing and keep writing such good article to help people and together we can do our part to make this world a better place to live in.

    1. Hi Jeffrey. many thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my post. It’s good that you also inspire people to be happy. I wish us both lots of success. Kind regards,
      Andrew
